switchmytest ("we", "us", "our", the "Service") is a community platform operated in the United Kingdom that helps learner drivers find other learners who may wish to swap their DVSA practical driving test dates.

By creating an account and using switchmytest, you ("you", "the user") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

To use switchmytest, you must:

• Be at least 17 years old (the minimum age to take a UK driving test).
• Hold a valid DVSA practical driving test booking.
• Provide accurate information about your test booking and contact details.
• Use the platform only for genuine test swap purposes.

Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) or driving schools may use the platform to assist their pupils, provided they have permission from those pupils and comply with these Terms.

switchmytest is a matchmaking and communication platform that helps learners find potential driving test swaps.

We do not:

• Book driving tests.
• Cancel or change tests on your behalf.
• Guarantee that a swap will be found.
• Guarantee that any agreed test swap will be successful.
• Control DVSA test availability.

Any driving test change must be completed directly with the DVSA by you and your agreed swap partner. Whether a swap succeeds depends on both learners and on DVSA procedures — switchmytest cannot guarantee a successful outcome.

switchmytest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the DVSA. The DVSA is the only organisation that can officially confirm changes to driving tests.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account information accurate.
• Keeping your login details secure.
• Using your own account only.
• Not creating multiple accounts to manipulate the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Provide false information.
• Abuse other users.
• Attempt to manipulate the service.
• Breach these Terms & Conditions.

When creating a test swap listing, you agree that:

• You must only list a genuine DVSA practical test booking that belongs to you.
• Your test information must remain accurate.
• You will update or remove your listing if your test changes.
• You will communicate honestly and respectfully with other users.

You must not use switchmytest to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Spam other users.
• Commit fraud or deceptive activity.
• Sell or trade driving test appointments for profit.

Selling driving test slots or using the platform for commercial resale of tests is strictly prohibited and may breach DVSA rules.

To complete a test swap, both parties may need to provide their DVSA booking reference details.

Booking references are only shared between users involved in an agreed swap and are never displayed publicly.

By proceeding with a swap, you authorise the necessary sharing of booking information solely for the purpose of completing the test change with DVSA.

switchmytest may require a one-off £14.99 payment to access the full platform features.

The £14.99 payment provides access to the available switchmytest features for your account and is not a subscription.

You are not paying for:

• A guaranteed driving test swap.
• A guaranteed number of matches.
• A specific test date.
• DVSA approval of any swap.

Swap availability depends entirely on other learners using the platform and the availability of suitable test dates.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

We do not store your full payment card details.

The £14.99 access fee is generally non-refundable once access to the platform has been provided, except where required under UK consumer protection laws.

If a swap is unsuccessful — including where both learners mark a swap as unsuccessful, where DVSA does not approve a change, or where a partner does not complete the process — you are not entitled to a refund of the £14.99 access fee.

If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to the service, please contact us and we will review the situation.

switchmytest does not guarantee:

• That you will find another learner to swap with.
• That your preferred test date will become available.
• That another user will accept your swap request.
• That a test swap will be successful once agreed.
• That DVSA will approve a requested test change.

The success of any swap depends on other users, DVSA availability, and DVSA procedures. An unsuccessful swap does not create any right to a refund.

You must not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access switchmytest.
• Attempt to bypass platform security.
• Access another user's account.
• Upload false, misleading, or offensive information.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Use switchmytest in a way that breaches DVSA rules.

The switchmytest name, branding, design, platform features, written content, software, and other materials are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any part of the platform without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, switchmytest is provided on an "as is" basis.

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Missed driving tests.
• Lost test fees.
• Additional lesson costs.
• Travel expenses.
• Delays caused by DVSA availability.
• Failure of another user to complete a swap.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid to switchmytest in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where users:

• Breach these Terms.
• Abuse the platform.
• Provide fraudulent information.
• Harm the experience of other users.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by law.

Your privacy is important to us.

Please read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will show the most recent version.

By continuing to use switchmytest after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or use of switchmytest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
